The iQOO 9T is said to sport a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass layer, HDR10+, and a punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper. It is confirmed to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 chipset that could be paired with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The phone is likely to run on Android 12-based Origin Ocean custom skin out of the box.

Moving to optics, the iQOO 9T comes with a 50MP Samsung GN5 primary sensor with gimbal-like stabilisation, a 13MP UW sensor, and a 12MP portrait sensor. There is a 16MP snapper on the front for selfies and video chats.

The iQOO 9T is said to have a 4,700mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. It is likely to have an in-display fingerprint sensor for security, stereo speakers, Hi-Fi audio, and Type-C audio. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data transfer.
