Iqoo: iQoo Neo 7 to launch tomorrow in India: What we know so far – Times of India

Vivo’s spin-off brand iQoo is set to expand its mid-range smartphone series in India. The company has already confirmed that the latest iQoo Neo 7 is going to launch tomorrow (February 16). iQoo has also announced the specs of the Neo 7 smartphone that will succeed last year’s iQoo Neo 6. iQoo claims that the upcoming smartphone will be a performance and gaming-focused phone like its predecessor. One of the biggest highlights of the iQoo Neo 7 is the support for 90fps gaming. Here is everything we know about the smartphone.
iQoo Neo 7 launch event: How to watch, contest and availability
iQoo will livestream the Neo 7 launch event through its official social media channels. Four lucky viewers who tune in to tomorrow’s launch event will stand a chance to win iQoo Neo 7 smartphones.
To participate in the contest, users have to answer four questions on Twitter during the event. Moreover, users also have to tag and follow iQoo India on Twitter to participate in this contest. The smartphone will go on sale on Amazon on February 16 at 1 pm and will be available in two different RAM and storage options.
The company is yet to reveal the price of the smartphone. iQoo Neo 7 will be available in two colour variants — Frost Blue and Interstellar Black. Here’s the YouTube livestream link to the iQoo Neo 7 launch event:

iQoo Neo 7: Confirmed specs
The company has already confirmed that the iQoo Neo 7 will feature a 6.78-inch AMOLED display that will support a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness of 1,300 nits.

This smartphone will also become the first phone in India to be powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8200 chipset. The SoC will be backed by up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 256GB UFS 3.1 storage. iQoo Neo 7 will also support the Extended RAM 3.0 technology that will allow users to virtually increase the RAM to up to 20GB.
For optics, the smartphone will house a triple rear camera setup which will include — a 64MP main sensor, a macro unit and a bokeh lens. iQoo Neo 7 will feature a 16MP front shooter for selfies and video calls. The phone will pack a 5,000mAh battery unit that will support 120W fast charging.
