iQoo launches its own community forum to connect with users

iQoo has announced the launch of its dedicated community forum–iQoo Connect– for its users. The interactive platform will allow users to collaborate, learn about innovation, share feedback, create experiences and connect with the brand more closely. It will also act as a new gateway to the latest company updates, e-sports, sale alerts, exclusive offers and invitations to special events.
Commenting on the launch, Nipun Marya, CEO, iQOO India, said “As a growing brand, customer centricity is at our core and to empower our consumers, we have introduced our community forum – ‘iQOO Connect. This will allow them to collaborate and connect with us, share their experiences, learn about our product innovation and provide their valuable feedback that will help us bring more innovative products and services. Through the community, we intend to drive the iQOO culture of interaction, reciprocation, belongingness and interdependence”.

iQoo Connect was launched – in beta phase – on May 31, 2022 with 2000 plus registrations. To bring the community together, 500 users were shortlisted through screening and interviewing. More than 60% of these users were aged between 18-25 years.
While going through the beta-testing phase, iQOO ran multiple contests, engaging activities, content sharing and had on-ground sessions with the brand and product teams for direct engagement and meaningful feedback while understanding the consumers granularly.
After three months of beta testing, iQOO provided an opportunity for the existing 500 users to invite their friends to experience the community forum. Currently, iQOO claims it has 5000 plus users who have signed up to the platform and out of them, 10 users are shortlisted as moderators.
