iQoo U5 debuts in China with 120Hz display and Snapdragon 695 processor
Vivo’s sub-brand iQoo has expanded its U series smartphone range. It has launched iQoo U5 in China. The new handset succeeds the iQoo U3 and is equipped with features such as full HD+ display, dual rear camera and a 5000mAh battery.
iQoo U5: Price
iQoo U5 has three models. The base variant packs 4GB RAM and 128GB storage. Another model has 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage, while the top-end variant is equipped with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage capacity.
The company has not revealed the price of the smartphone yet. It will go on pre-orders in China from December 24. Buyers can choose from three colour options of iQoo U5– Dark Black, Magic Blue, and Silver White.
iQoo U5: Specifications
iQoo U5 features a 6.58-inch full HD+ screen with a refresh rate of 120Hz. It runs on Android 11 based iQOO UI and comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset. The processor is paired with up to 8GB RAM.
The handset houses a 5000mAh battery. It is equipped with support for 18watt charging. The smartphone has an 8MP selfie camera at the front. Rear camera system has dual sensors. It features a 50MP main shooter and a 2MP macro lens.
iQoo U5 offers a USB Type-C port for charging. The phone has a security fingerprint scanner mounted on the power button.
