Jio Rs 3,499 prepaid recharge plan launched in India: price, validity, and benefits | 91mobiles.com


Jio has launched a new Rs 3,499 annual prepaid recharge plan just days after it introduced freedom plans at a starting price of Rs 127 with no daily data limits. The latest prepaid recharge pack offers 3GB daily data — amounting to a total of 1095GB, unlimited calls to any network, and 365 days of validity. Post consumption of the daily data, the speed will drop to 64kbps. Notably, this seems to be the first time that Jio is offering an annual plan with 3GB daily data. Most Jio plans that have a 3GB daily limit come with 28, 56, or 84 days validity. The new Jio annual recharge plan is already available for Jio users across the country.

Jio Rs 3,499 prepaid recharge plan

Jio Rs 3,499 recharge pack comes with a validity of 365 days and offers 3GB daily data, 100 SMS per day, and unlimited voice calls. Additionally, there’s access to the Jio suite of apps, including JioTV, JioCinema, JioCloud, JioSecurity, and JioNews. This is also the company’s most expensive prepaid plan, as the other 3GB data per day pack from Jio has 84 days validity and cost Rs 999.

In comparison, Airtel’s 365-day prepaid plan costs Rs 2,498 and offers 2GB of data per day, unlimited calls, and 100 SMS per day. However, it includes other benefits such as Airtel Xstream Premium, Apollo 24/7 Circle, free Hellotunes, free Wynk Music, and Rs 100 cashback on FASTag.

Similarly, Vodafone Idea (Vi) also has an annual prepaid plan that comes with 1.5GB of data per day, unlimited calls, 100 SMS per day, and a one-year VIP subscription to Disney+Hotstar. The plan costs Rs 2,595. Interestingly, subscribers also avail of night data from 12 AM to 6 AM without any deduction in the pack. Also, the unused data can be carry forwarded to the weekends.
