LG is bringing two new UltraGear OLED gaming monitors to CES 2023. Both the 27-inch and 45-inch models offer a speedy 240Hz refresh rate, up from 144Hz on last year’s UltraGear monitors. It’s the highest refresh rate you can get on any OLED monitor today. The 45-inch version even offers a curved display with an 800R curvature.
Apart from their record-setting refresh rate, the new LG UltraGear monitors promise super fast response times of just 0.3ms. Moreover, both of them support AMD FreeSync Premium and Nvidia G-Sync and output up to 98.5% of the DCI-P3 color spectrum.
The 27-inch model gets a QHD (2,560 x 1,440) resolution, while the curved 45-inch OLED packs a WQHD (3,440 x 1,440) resolution. Both monitors support HDMI 2.1 specifications, DisplayPort 1.4 connectivity, and a 4-pole headphone jack. They also come with a remote controller with programmable hotkeys.
The monitors went on pre-order in the US and Canada starting December 12. They’ll launch in key markets in North America and Asia starting in January.
