LG’s new monitor can automatically adjust itself according to your posture

LG Electronics has unveiled its latest range of premium gaming monitors at the IFA Berlin 2022 event. One of the models showcased by the company is the UltraGear OLED gaming monitor (45GR95QE) which is the company’s first curved OLED display gaming monitor with a 240Hz refresh rate. The monitor comes with a 45-inch curved panel and is designed to offer a better and more immersive gaming experience. The other model the company has showcased is the UltraFine monitor which comes with an automatic AI-based position adjustment feature.
LG’s UltraFine 32UQ890 monitor: Features
The UltraFine 32UQ890 is the company’s first monitor to come with an automatically adjustable position feature. The monitor comes with AI-based built-in camera that, according to the company, continuously analyses users’ posture and adjusts the tilt and height accordingly. According to the company, this also prevents users from sitting in a single position for too long.
The 32UQ890 has three ergonomics-enhancing modes: AI Motion, Continuous Motion and Periodic Motion. AI Motion tracks the user’s eye level and adjusts height and tilt whenever a change is detected.
LG’s UltraFine Display Ergo AI sports a 31.5-inch 4K (3840 x 2160) IPS display with 95 per cent coverage of DCI-P3 and excellent HDR image reproduction.
LG UltraGear 45GR95QE: Features
The LG UltraGear 45GR95QE features a 42-inch panel with WQHD 3440 x 1440 pixels resolution and a 21:9 aspect ratio.The panel has 800R curvature and it comes with anti-glare and low reflection coating. The display also supports HDR10 along with a 240Hz refresh rate and 0.1 millisecond Gray-to-Gray (GTG) response time.
The monitor comes with HDMI 2.1 port with support for Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and DisplayPort 1.4. The latest monitor from LG also comes with multitasking features like Picture-by-Picture (PBP) and Picture-in-Picture (PIP)
In addition to its first 45-inch UltraGear Curved display, the company will also showcase its much-anticipated UltraFine Display Ergo AI at the IFA 2022 event. The UltraFine 32UQ890 is the first LG monitor capable of automatically adjusting its position to ensure continued ergonomic comfort throughout the day.
