Mann Deshi launches WhatsApp chatbot to deliver financial literacy for women – Times of India
The Mann Deshi Foundation has launched a dedicated WhatsApp chatbot in Marathi aimed to provide millions of women across rural Maharashtra access to its digital and financial literacy tools. The chatbot was inaugurated by Dr Neelam Gorhe, Dy Speaker Maharashtra Vidhan Parishad at the fifth Mann Deshi Mahotsav. The Mahotsav is presently underway from January 5 to 8, 2023 at the Ravindra Natya Mandir in Mumbai. Dr Gorhe mentioned that while WhatsApp is already a commonly used medium among rural women, the introduction of the Chatbot would provide further impetus to their access to digital information.
