Maxima Pro Samurai with 10 days battery life launched in India: Price, features and more

Maxima Watches has expanded its smartwatch lineup with the launch of its latest watch — Max Pro Samurai. The company is calling it a new non-calling smartwatch from that which basically means that the watch does not come with Bluetooth calling features. The company says that this is the first smartwatch in its price segment to feature a call-accepting feature. Other features include 10 days of battery life and health and fitness features.

Maxima Pro Samurai smartwatch is priced at Rs 1,499 and is available for purchase via both online and offline retail stores across the country.

The Max Pro Samurai features a 1.85-inch HD display with touch support and 600 nits of peak brightness. The watch also comes with features like enhanced users interface, screen lock, call notifications and pickup option, over 100 watch faces and sports tracking features.

The company claims that the Maxima Pro Samurai will offer up to 10 days of battery life on a single charge. Also, the watch supports multiple languages including Engligh, Hindi and regional languages.
“Maxima Max Pro Samurai was developed after researching what customer needs were. A majority of customers felt that ability to accept calls from their smartwatch to TWS was most important. We developed Samurai along these lines, and have created a new category, where customer can accept calls even in non-calling watches. This new category in effect repositions the entire market. The question now will be, why buy a smartwatch if it doesn’t have call accept? We will be launching Samurai at the competitive price of 1499/- with the idea to reach out to everyone.,” mentioned Manjot Purewal, Managing Partner, Maxima.
