Purohit will lead the strategy of working with Meta’s advertisers and agency partners. The company even shared a statement to confirm the new appointment. As per the statement, Purohit will strive to drive Meta’s revenue growth across key channels in India by deepening relationships with the country’s leading brands and advertising agencies.

According to a report by ETtech, Meta’s key business verticals, agency teams, and business solutions teams will report to Purohit, while he will report to Arun Srinivas, director and head of ads business for Meta in India.
