The Surface Pro 9 is the most interesting computer among these devices. It comes in two variants: ARM and Intel-based options. With Surface Pro 9, Microsoft aims to strengthen Windows 11’s ARM support and end doubts about running applications on Windows 11 for ARM. The Audio Dock dons two hats: a speaker system and a USB-C hub for a laptop.

The ARM variant packs the Qualcomm SQ3 that supports 5G connectivity. The Intel unit comes with i5-1235U and i7-1255U 12th-gen Intel processors. Besides coming in two variants, the Surface Pro 9 also gets new colourways that match the Type Cover keyboard. It flaunts a 13-inch 2880x1920p Full-HD+ Pixel Sense Flow display that supports a 120Hz refresh rate.
Microsoft Surface Pro 9 Intel model packs LPDDR5 RAM: 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB, with up to 1TB storage. The ARM version has 8GB/16GB LPDDR4X RAM with up to 512GB storage. The Intel unit is rated for up to 15.5 hours of battery and has two Thunderbolt 4 ports, while the ARM model is rated for up to 19 hours and has two Thunderbolt 3.2 ports. It also has a dedicated slot to house the Surface Slim Pen 2.
In the US, the ARM model retails at USD 1,299 (Approx. Rs 1,07,000). The Intel i5 model starts at USD 999 (Approx. Rs 82,400), and the i7 unit starts at USD 1,599 (Approx. Rs 1,31,800). Adding the Type Cover keyboard will set you back an extra USD 279 (Approx. Rs 23,000) on top of the Surface Pro 9.

Microsoft Surface Laptop 5 gets refreshed processors at the helm. The 15-inch variant packs an Intel core i7-1255U CPU, while the 13.5-inch model comes in two options: i5-1235U and i7-1255U. You can get them in 8GB, 16GB, and 32GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB storage options.
As far as the battery life is concerned, the 13.5-inch unit is rated up to 18 hours, while the 15-inch for 17 hours. Both displays have Gorilla Glass 5 protection on top. The laptop features a USB-C Thunderbolt 4 port, a USB-A port, a 3.5mm headphone jack, and a Surface Connect port.
Folks in the US can get the 13.5-inch model for USD 999 (Approx. Rs 82,400), while the 15-inch unit costs USD 1,299 (Approx. Rs 1,07,000).
Microsoft Surface Studio 2+
This fresh + model of Surface Studio 2 looks akin to the 2018’s Studio 2, with all new upgrades saved for the inside hardware. An 11th gen Intel core i7-11370H CPU runs the show, and a mobile version of Nvidia RTX 3060 6GB GPU takes care of graphical needs. The Studio 2+ packs 32GB DDR4 RAM with 1TB built-in storage.
It has a 28-inch 4500x3000p resolution Pixel Sense display that supports sRGB and DCI-P3 colours, Dolby Vision, and Dolby Atmos. Coming to the ports, it has three USB-C Thunderbolt 4 ports that can power 3x external 4K displays, two USB-A 3.1 ports, a gigabit Ethernet port, and a classic 3.5mm headphone jack.
With the Surface Studio 2+, Microsoft targets professional and business users. It can be yours for USD 4,499 (Approx. 3,71,000).
Microsoft Audio Dock
As mentioned earlier, the Audio Dock works as a speaker system and a USB-C hub for a laptop. It has a 20W speaker and a 5W subwoofer. On the top, you get buttons to control volume with the + and – keys and two massive buttons to toggle the microphone on/off and launch Microsoft teams. Besides Windows, it’s compatible with macOS as well. The Audio Doc has an HDMI port for external display output support, two USB-C ports, and one USB-A port. You can grab this gear at USD 250 (Approx. Rs 20,600).
