Motorola Edge S30 launched with Snapdragon 888+ and 108MP camera
Motorola launched Moto Edge X30 which comes powered by the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 processor. Along with the Moto Edge X30, the company launched Motorola Edge S30, a mid-range 5G phone that runs on Snapdragon 888+. The phone offers up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and has a 108MP primary camera
Motorola Edge S30: Price
Motorola Edge S30 comes in four models. The base variant packs 6GB RAM and 128GB storage. It is priced at RMB 1,999 (approx Rs. 23,692). Other models include 8GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB priced at RMB 2,199 (approx Rs. 26,062) and RMB 2,399 (approx Rs. 28,433).
The phone’s top-end variant packs 12GB RAM with 256GB storage. It costs RMB 2,599 (approx Rs 30,800). Motorola Edge S30 will go on sale in China on December 21.
Motorola Edge S30: Specifications
Motorola Edge S30 has a 6.8-inch full HD+ IPS LCD screen with a refresh rate of 144Hz. The phone has a resolution of 1080×2400 pixels and 576 Hz touch sampling rate. The display comes with HDR10+ support as well.
Powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 888+ processor, the phone packs up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB storage. The handset runs on Motorola’s own My UI 3.0 based on Android 11. For imaging duties, the smartphone offers a 16MP selfie shooter.
On the rear, it is equipped with a triple camera setup consisting of a 108MP main camera. It is paired with a 13MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP depth sensor.
The device is backed by a 5000mAh battery and offers 33 watt fast charging support. It comes with IP52 rating and has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. Connectivity features on the phone are NFC, Bluetooth 5.2 support and Wi-Fi 802.11ax (2.4GHz/5GHz) MIMO support.
