Nothing CEO has a ‘Samsung poll’ for you – Times of India

Samsung launched the Galaxy S23 series of smartphones globally on February 1. The company has unveiled three new smartphones: Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra. The phones come with the latest Qualcomm chipset, bright displays and new design.
Interestingly, the event also got some good attention from Samsung rivals, OnePlus and Nothing in particular. While OnePlus US tweeted a series of tweets on the launch; OnePlus co-founder and Nothing CEO Carl Pei too had his take on the Samasung’s flagship smartphone series, Galaxy S23.

Pei shared two tweets on Galaxy S23 series. While the first one had a meme that mocked Galaxy S23 series for looking almost the same as Galaxy S22 series, the second one is a poll.
Samsung Galaxy S23 is….,” he posted, giving “boring” or “exciting” as two options as answer for the poll. At the time of writing this report, 55.7% of people voted the smartphone series to be “Boring” and 44.3% said it as “Exciting”.

The meme he posted has a person looking at a new shirt which is exactly the same as he is wearing. The shirts have S23 Ultra and S22 Ultra written on them and the person holding them is apparently a Galaxy S22 Ultra user.

A similar photo was also shared by Steve Jobs’ daughter Eve Jobs on her Instagram post the launch of Apple iPhone 13 series. Eve had later deleted the meme photo.

Samsung Galaxy S23 series features
Samsung Galaxy S23 series smartphones are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chipset. Samsung says that the new flagship series also comes with more recycled materials as compared to any other Samsung Galaxy smartphone. For security and privacy, Galaxy S23 series gets Samsung Knox protection and Knox Vault, which is claimed to protect critical information on the smartphones by isolating it from the rest of the device.
