Nothing Ear 1 true wireless earbuds to be available in India via Flipkart – Times of India

NEW DELHI: OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei started his new consumer technology startup called ‘Nothing‘ earlier this year. Headquartered at London, the startup will focus on developing smart and connected consumer electronics.
The company recently announced that it will launch its first true wireless earbuds — to be called Ear 1 in June.
Now the company has announced its partnership with Flipkart for selling the Ear 1 earbuds in the country. Nothing has partnered with Flipkart to sell its first pair of true wireless earbuds in India.
Flipkart will be selling the earbuds with no cost EMI. Nothing was expected to launch the Ear 1 TWS in June but the launch has been pushed back.
Carl Pei has already said that with the launch of Ear 1 the company is taking its first step towards a new journey. In a blog post Pei said, “Design is still top secret but what we can tell you is that Ear 1 combines notes of transparency, iconic form and redefined functionality. It is the starting point that will define the artistry, confidence and craftsmanship that will carry our products and services for years to come.”
The company is expected to launch the Ear 1 true wireless earbuds in India alongside the global launch. It is expected that the company might soon launch the earbuds.
“In this endeavour, Flipkart is at the forefront of meeting the needs of Indian customers and delivering best-in-class technology across the country and we are happy to be Nothing’s partner of choice for their India foray and introduce Nothing ear (1) this summer,” said Rakesh Krishnan, senior director, electronics at Flipkart.
