Nothing Ear (2) TWS tipped to come with personalised ANC mode, likely design revealed – Times of India

Carl Pei, the founder of technology startup Nothing, recently confirmed that the company is working on its next-generation flagship smartphone — Nothing Phone (2). The company has also confirmed that the smartphone will launch later this year. Now a new leak has surfaced online revealing that Nothing is also working on new true wireless earbuds. The leak suggests that Nothing is working on Nothing Ear (2) true wireless earbuds.
Here’s how the Nothing Ear (2) may look
Onleaks has revealed that Nothing is working on the successor of Nothing Ear (1) true wireless earbuds. Likely to the called Nothing Ear (2), OnLeaks has also shared some images of the upcoming earbuds revealing its likely design.
As per the leaked images, Nothing Ear (2) will resemble a lot to Nothing Ear (1) in terms of design. The yet-to-launch true wireless earbuds are tipped to sport a similar transparent design. The company is said to change the placement of the noise-cancelling microphones on the earbuds.

This time the noise-cancelling microphones are rumoured to be placed on the stem and not on the top part of the earbuds. Along with this, the company is also expected to make some minor changes in the internal design of the earbuds.
The leak further suggests that the Nothing Ear (2) may come with a ‘personalised’ ANC mode.
The mode is said to allow users to customise the level of noise cancellation. The new ANC mode is said to be available along with the Light and Maximum modes on Ear (1). The upcoming TWS is also said to feature a transparency mode.
Along with customised ANC, the upcoming Nothing Ear (2) earbuds are also rumoured to offer dual or multipoint connectivity. The feature will enable users to connect the earbuds to two devices at the same time and also switch between them.
