The endless number of delays has reportedly taken away from the hype and appeal factor of the two electric scooters despite the scooter packing in a lot of promise. Ola Electric, too, reported similar issues and cited reasons to be chip shortages and shortages in electronic parts to be the primary reasons for the delay. However, another pressing issue stands to be Ola Electric’s troubles with getting state clearances.

Heat management while on Hyper Mode, dead acceleration, and missing features on the MID are some among the list of niggles Ola Electric is yet to iron out. Production models rolling off the line from today onwards are expected to incorporate some basic fine-tuning and updates wherever important.
