After launching the One UI 4.0 update to various Galaxy devices, Samsung is also bringing the Android 12 update to its premium tablets, the Galaxy Tab S7 and the Galaxy Tab S7+. The update is being rolled out in various European countries, as per a report by SamMobile. Also, the tech giant has also rolled out the update for the Galaxy Z Flip and the Galaxy Z Flip 5G devices.
The Android 12 update for the Galaxy Tab S7 comes with a firmware version T870BXXU2CULC, while that of Galaxy Tab S7+ has firmware version T976BXXU2CULC. The update includes the December 2021 security patch. To check for the updates, users can head to ‘Settings’ in their Galaxy Tab S7/S7+ and then to the ‘Software update’ option.
The Android 12 update rollout has begun in Europe with the following countries to reportedly get the update sooner or later: Austria, Baltic countries, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Nordic Countries. Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Southeast Europe, Spain, Switzerland and the UK.
Earlier, the South Korean tech giant began the rollout of the Android 12-based One UI 4.0 to its Galaxy Note 20, Galaxy S20, and the Galaxy Z Fold 2. The company may bring the One Ui 4.0 update to its high-end premium tablets in other regions of the world soon, now that it has rolled it out in Europe.
