OnePlus 9RT receives BIS certification, may launch in India soon: Expected price and specs – Times of India

NEW DELHI: OnePlus 9RT is expected to launch in India soon. A recent online report suggested that OnePlus is planning to launch one ‘T’ series handset — OnePlus 9 RT later this year in ‘select markets’ including India. Now it appears that we will soon witness the launch of the OnePlus 9RT in India, as the smartphone was spotted on the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) certification website.
Tipster Mukul Sharma revealed that the upcoming OnePlus smartphone was spotted on the BIS certification website. The smartphone is listed online with model number MT2111 and is speculated to be the OnePlus 9RT. Apart from this, the listing does not reveal any other details about the upcoming smartphone. However, earlier this month another online report revealed that the smartphone maker is said to launch the OnePlus 9RT in India and China in October this year.

OnePlus 9RT expected price
OnePlus 9RT is said to come in two variants — 8GB RAM + 128GB internal storage and 8GB RAM + 256GB internal storage. The 128GB storage variant is expected to be priced at 2,999 yuan (Rs 34,400), whereas the 256GB storage variant is said to cost 3,299 yuan (Rs 37,900).
OnePlus 9RT expected specifications
The OnePlus 9RT is said to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and up to 256GB internal storage. The smartphone is expected to sport a triple rear camera with a 50MP main sensor. The smartphone is expected to come with a 16MP selfie shooter.
The mid-range smartphone is expected to feature a 6.55-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The smartphone display is said to come with 120Hz refresh rate and it is expected to be protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top.
The smartphone is expected to come with Android 11 operating system and is said to pack a 4500mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
