OnePlus launches its most affordable smartphone in India: All the details – Times of India

OnePlus has expanded its Nord lineup with the launch of a new budget smartphone. The company has launched the Nord CE 2 Lite in India alongside its affordable premium smartphone OnePlus 10R. The budget smartphone from the company is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 chipset with Adreno 619 GPU. Apart from that, the company has also included game-centric features like Game Focus mode and GPA Frame Stabiliser.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G: Price and availability
OnePlus has launched the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite in two colour options – Blue Tide and Black Dusk. The smartphone will be available in two variants of 6GB + 128GB and 8GB + 128GB and is priced at Rs 19,999 and Rs 21,999, respectively.
The smartphone will be available for purchase via the Amazon India website, OnePlus online store, OnePlus exclusive stores, Reliance Digital, Chroma and select retail partners starting April 30, 12 pm onwards.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite 5G: Specifications
OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite comes with an island-style camera housing at the back featuring a triple camera setup. In terms of camera, the smartphone features a 64MP primary, a 2MP macro lens and a 2MP depth sensor. The phone comes with a 16MP selfie shooter. The company claims that the phone’s back panel also features a design that’s fingerprint resistance.
In terms of specifications, the OnePlus Nord CE 2 Lite boasts a 6.59 FHD+ LCD with 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The smartphone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 5G chipset paired with up to 8GB RAM and 128GB storage.
The smartphone is backed by a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The dual-SIM smartphone from the company runs Android 12 operating system beneath the OxygenOS 12.1, the company’s own custom user interface.
The company has also confirmed that the smartphone will receive 2 years of Android updates and 3 years of security updates.
