OnePlus Nord 2T specs tipped online, may come with 80watt fast charging

OnePlus is planning to bring another mid-range phone under the Nord series. It may launch OnePlus Nord 2T in India soon. Ahead of the launch, alleged specs of the upcoming handset has appeared online. According to a Digit report, OnePlus Nord 2T may come powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset. The phone may also see an upgrade in terms of charging powers. The device is said to come with 80watt fast charging. For comparison, OnePlus Nord 2 was launched with 65watt adapter last year.

The upcoming OnePlus Nord 2T phone will succeed the OnePlus Nord 2 that debuted in 2021. While the company is yet to officially acknowledge the OnePlus Nord 2T or its launch in India, reports suggest that the smartphone could debut as early as February this year.

OnePlus Nord 2T alleged specs

OnePlus Nord 2T is said to offer a 6.43-inch Full HD+ AMOLED display with 2400×1080 pixels resolution. The panel may offer a refresh rate of 90Hz. The device is said to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 1300 chipset which may be paired with 6GB/8GB/128GB RAM. The handset is rumoured to come in two storage models- 128GB and 256GB.

The device is said to run on OxygenOS 12 based on Android 12. In terms of camera, the phone may have three camera sensors at the back. The setup may consist of a 50MP camera, an 8MP ultra-wide camera and a 2MP monochrome sensor. For selfies, the device may come with a 32MP camera at the front.

It is rumoured to house a 4500mAh battery that supports 80W SuperVOOC fast wired charging. OnePlus recently introduced OnePlus 10 Pro with 80watt charger in China.
