OnePlus Nord 2T unboxing video reveals specifications, design ahead of launch
The unboxing video shows off the entire design in full glory and also reveals the UI, specifications, Geekbench scores and camera samples. This gives us an idea of what to expect from the phone.
OnePlus Nord 2T design
OnePlus Nord 2T design is already known thanks to the render leak. The phone has a corner punch-hole cutout for the selfie snapper and very slim bezels. The power button and alert slider are on the right edge. The volume rocker is on the right. The speaker grille, USB Type-C port, primary microphone, and SIM tray are on the bottom edge.
The top portion just has secondary noise cancellation. On the back, the phone has two circular rings within the large rectangular module. The top ring houses a single large camera sensor, while the bottom circle houses two sensors. There are dual LED flashes. The frame seems to be made out of plastic. The back panel seems to have a sandstone finish.
OnePlus Nord 2T benchmark scores
The OnePlus Nord 2T has managed to score 622,964 points in the AnTuTu application, which is a very good score for a mid-range phone. In the Geekbench application, it managed to score 719 in the single-core round and 2760 in the multi-core segment. It could get 4638 in the 3DMark Wild Life. There is Widevine L1 support as well.

OnePlus Nord 2T is said to sport a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. It is said to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1300, an upgrade from the MediaTek Dimensity 1200 chipset on the vanilla Nord 2. The video shows the phone will come in two models: 8GB/128GB and 12GB/256GB storage. It runs on Android 12-based OxygenOS 12 custom skin out of the box.
Moving to optics, the OnePlus Nord 2T could feature triple cameras on the back, including a 50MP Sony IMX766 primary sensor with OIS support, f/1.9 aperture, an 8MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.25 aperture, and a 2MP f/2.4 monochrome sensor. It is said to pack a 4,500mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC charging support.
Connectivity options include 5G, 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.1, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data sync. On the front, it could get a 32MP snapper for selfies and video chats.
