OnePlus is all set to expand its smartphone and smart TV portfolio in India with the launch of Nord CE 2 5G and Y1S series smart TVs.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes as the spiritual successor to the OnePlus Nord CE, launched last year. The smartphone is confirmed to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 chipset.
In addition to this, OnePlus will also launch the Y1S and Y1S Edge smart TVs today. The smart TVs will represent the company’s affordable TV lineup.

OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G: What to expect
OnePlus has already confirmed that the OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G will come with a new colour option called Bahama Blue. As mentioned, the Dimensity 900 chipset will power the smartphone and it will come with a triple rear camera setup. The rear camera is said to include a 64MP main camera, 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens and 2MP macro camera.
The company has also confirmed that the Nord CE 2 5G will come with 65W Super VOOC charging support. The smartphone is also confirmed to come with a 3.5mm audio jack and a microSD card slot
The smartphone is said to come with up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of onboard storage. The OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is said to run Android 12 operating system, topped with the company’s own layer of OxygenOS 12. OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G is expected to house a 4500mAh battery with 65W fast-charging support.
