OnePlus Nord CE 2 confirmed to come with MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor

OnePlus will expand its Nord series smartphone range in India soon. The company has announced to bring the OnePlus Nord CE 2 on February 17. Ahead of the launch, OnePlus has confirmed that the smartphone will come powered by MediaTek Dimensity 900 processor.
According to an Amazon webpage of the upcoming device, it will be equipped with 65watt Super VOOC fast charging. OnePlus claims that the technology can provide one-day power in just 15 minutes. The smartphone will offer 5G network support as well.
Recently, an Indian tipster has also revealed the colour options of the OnePlus Nord CE 2. The ti[ster allegedly spotted the ‘Bahamas Blue’ on the OnePlus website. The image confirms that the device will come with a triple camera setup at the rear and a single punch-hole camera at the front.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 rumoured specifications
OnePlus Nord CE 2 is said to come with a 6.4- inch AMOLED display. The display is tipped to have a refresh rate of 90Hz. The handset may offer up to 12GB of RAM and up to 256GB of storage capacity.
On the camera front, the smartphone is tipped to have three camera sensors at the back. It may feature a 64MP primary OmniVision lens paired with an 8MP ultra-wide lens and 2MP macro lens. For selfies and video calls, the device is rumoured to have a 16MP camera at the front.
The smartphone is expected to run on Android 12 based OxygenOS 12 out of the box. The device is rumoured to be backed by a 4,500mAh battery with 65W fast charging.
