OnePlus has launched a new ‘Core Edition’ of the OnePlus Nord named OnePlus Nord CE 5G. The new smartphone claims to offer a similar experience but spec-wise it can be considered as a stripped down version of the original OnePlus Nord that was launched last year. Both the smartphones are 5G-enabled, however, there is limited support for 5G bands in India. Also, OnePlus has included a headphone jack in the new CE edition. Other specs like display and battery are similar while the chipset is new and the camera has been bumped up from 48MP to 64MP. Here’s a spec-wise comparison between the two.

The OnePlus Nords CE 5G will be available starting at a price of Rs 22,999 on Amazon India website and OnePlus estore from June 16, 2021. You can preorder the device starting from June 11. OnePlus is offering gifts worth Rs 2,699 to those who preorder.
