OnePlus Pad’s battery details leaked ahead of official launch: Report

OnePlus is all set to launch a slew of devices in India next week. The company has scheduled its Cloud 11 event for February 7 where it will launch the OnePlus 11, OnePlus 11R, OnePlus Buds Pro 2 and the OnePlus smart TV. Now, days ahead of the official launch, the company has confirmed the launch of its first Android tablet in India. Ahead of the launch, the battery specifications of the phone have been leaked online by a tipster.
According to a report by tipster Digital Chat Station, the upcoming OnePlus Pad will arrive with a 4320mAh dual battery, making a total of 8640mAh battery capacity. However, it is expected to be officially labelled as an 8840mAh battery pack. The tablet is likely to come with 67W fast wired charging support.

OnePlus Pad: Launch details
OnePlus has confirmed that it will launch the OnePlus Pad on February 7 along with the other products. The company also shared the teaser image of the upcoming tablet which reveals its protruding single-lens rear camera. Apart from this, no other information about the tablet is available right now.
However, rumours suggest that OnePlus Pad is expected to launch under the price range of Rs 20,000. It is also expected that the OnePlus Pad will come with Android 12L out-of-the-box. Designed for big screen devices, Android 12L brings changes to the home screen, lock screen, notification shade, device set-up screens and settings.
OnePlus Pad: Expected specifications
OnePlus Pad is said to feature a 12.4-inch full HD+ OLED display. The Android tablet is likely to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 865 chipset. The device will reportedly pack 6GB of RAM.
OnePlus Pad is expected to sport a dual rear camera. The tablet is said to comprise a 13MP main camera and a 5MP secondary sensor. The Android tablet is likely to house an 8MP front camera for selfies and video calls.
