oppo: Oppo Pad and Oppo Reno 8 smartphone tipped to launch in India this year: Details inside – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Oppo launched its first Android tablet in China recently. Now a new online leak suggests that the Chinese smartphone maker may soon launch the device in India. The leak further suggests that the company may also launch its Reno 8 series of smartphones at the same time in the country.
Oppo Pad expected India launch date and price
According to tipster Mukul Sharma, Oppo is expected to launch its first Android tablet in India in July this year. The Oppo Pad is said to be priced under Rs 30,000.

Oppo Pad comes with an 11-inch WQXGA display with 2560×1600 pixel resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Android tablet is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with 6GB/8GB of RAM.
The device comes in two storage options 128GB and 256GB. Oppo Pad runs Android 11 operating system, topped with the company’s own layer of ColorOS 12 for tablets. The Android tablet sports a 13MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture and an 8MP front camera with f/2.0 aperture for video calling.
Oppo Pad comes with quad speakers, tuned by Dolby Atmos and backed by an 8360mAh battery with 33W fast-charging support.
Oppo Reno 8 likely launch date and specifications
The tipster also revealed that the Oppo Reno 8 series of smartphones would also launch around July in India. Oppo Reno 8 is rumoured to sport a 6.55-inch full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The display is said to offer 120Hz refresh rate. The upcoming Oppo smartphone is expected to come equipped with an under-display fingerprint sensor.
Oppo Reno 8 is tipped to be powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 chipset and is said to sport a 50MP primary camera. The smartphone is expected to house a 4500mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
