Philips launches new cordless groomer in India at Rs 2,495 – Times of India

Philips has launched a new Body Groomer Series 3000- BG3005/15 starting at Rs 2,495. The company claims that the product in the male grooming category has been specifically designed to power through hair, without hampering skin comfort. The product will be available at retail stores and e-commerce platforms.
According to the company, the product features patented rounded tips and a hypo-allergenic foil to protect the skin, even in sensitive areas, while shaving. It also features a bi-directional body comb to cut longer body hair. It gets a 32mm cutter width. The brand also touts the grip of the groomer to be ergonomic.In terms of battery, the gadget is claimed to provide up to 40 minutes of cordless use in a single charge. It can be fully charged in 8 hours.
The device is showerproof and fully washable which makes it easy to clean. It comes bundled with a 3mm body comb that can be attached onto the shaving system, to trim hair to a fixed length. You can also use the shaving system without the comb, for a closer result. For thicker hair, pre-trimming with the comb is recommended. The product also comes with a 2-year warranty.
