PlayStation Plus Essential, Extra, Deluxe tiers launch date in India

PlayStation Plus’ new tiers will be available in India from June 22, 2022. The new PS Plus subscription will come in three tiers called Essential, Extra, and Deluxe. Each tier has access to different types of benefits including a library of hundreds of new as well as classic games. So far, Sony has announced only 6 games that will be part of PS Plus library, which include God of War, Death Stranding, Marvel’s Spider-Man, Marvel’s Spider-Man: Miles Morales, and Returnal. Players who have already subscribed to the existing PS Plus service will get access to the Essential tier.

PlayStation Plus Essential

PS Plus Essential is pretty much the same as the current PS Plus subscription. It offers two monthly games, cloud storage for save files, discounts, and online multiplayer access.

PlayStation Plus Extra

PS Plus Extra will offer all the benefits of Essential tier along with up to 400 downloadable PS4 and PS5 games.

PlayStation Plus Deluxe

PlayStation Plus Deluxe will give you all the benefits of Essential and Extra tiers as well as PlayStation, PS2, and PSP games, and time-limited game trials.
