Poco C31 entry-level smartphone launched with up to 4GB RAM – Times of India

Smartphone brand Poco has expanded its C series smartphone range with the launch of Poco C31. It is an entry-level phone that comes powered by a MediaTek Helio G35 processor and is equipped with a 6.53-inch HD+ display. The launch comes days ahead of the start of festive sales on e-commerce platforms Flipkart and Amazon.
Poco C31: Price and availability
Poco C31 comes with a starting price of Rs 8,499 for the base model of 3GB RAM and 32GB ROM. Another variant packs 4GB RAM with 64GB storage and is priced at Rs 9,499.
As part of the introductory offers, the 3GB RAM model will retail at Rs 7,999, while the 4GB variant will cost Rs 8,999. There is an additional discount of 10% on purchases made using ICICI and Axis Bank cards. It will go on sale during the Big Billion Days sale on Flipkart.
Poco C31: Specifications
Poco C31 comes in two colour options- Royal Blue and Shadow Grey. The smartphone is equipped with a 6.53-inch HD+ LCD screen with 1600×720 pixel resolution. The display has an aspect ratio of 20:9.
The handset is powered by MediaTek Helio G35 octa-core processor and runs on MIUI for Poco based on Android 10 operating system. Poco C31 houses a 5000mAh battery and is equipped with a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor for safe unlock.
On the camera front, the phone has a 5MP sensor for selfies. It offers a triple camera setup at the back. The camera system consists of a 13MP main camera with f/2.2 aperture paired with a 2MP portrait sensor and a 2MP macro sensor.
4G VoLTE, WiFi 802.11 a/b/g/n, Bluetooth version 5.0, 3.5mm headphone jack and micro USB port are the connectivity features available on the Poco C31.
