PUBG: New State to launch in India soon, pre-registration goes live for Android and iOS | Digit

PUBG: New State will soon launch in India and is currently up for pre-registration for Android and iOS users. Krafton announced PUBG: New State globally, earlier in February this year but India was not in the first wave of regions to get the game since PUBG Mobile was banned last year. In July, Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) was released with some India-centric features and recently hit 50 million downloads on the Play Store.

PUBG: New State is a new game that follows the battle royale formula but twists it in a futuristic way as this game is set in the year 2051. Not much is known about New State since it is still being tested across the globe. However, we do know that the game is set in future with a map called Troi which is 8×8 km in size just like the original PUBG Mobile / BGMI maps, Erangel and Miramar.

This new game will have advanced and more refined graphics where 100 players will fight it out until one group emerges victorious. The New State also features advanced weapons, drones and more realistic gameplay mechanics.

How to pre-register for PUBG: New State in India?

Krafton has announced that the pre-registration for PUBG: New State is now live for Android and iOS users in India. Interested fans can head to either the Google Play Store or Apple App Store to pre-register the new generation of battle royale.

In addition, the developers have also launched social media channels for PUBG: New State on Facebook and Instagram where they will be posting updates related to the game. There is no word on when PUBG: New State will launch in India but given that it is up for pre-orders, it should be sooner than later.
