Realme 9 5G design leaked

The render shared by Sharma only reveals the back panel design of the Realme 9 5G. The smartphone’s rear panel can be seen with a camera island on top, consisting of triple sensors alongside a LED flash. The Realme branding is visible at the bottom-left corner. The device has curved corners and rounded edges. Realme 9 5G houses a power button that doubles as a fingerprint reader on the right side, and volume rockers on the left. The cutout for the USB Type-C charging port and a 3.5mm headphone jack can be seen at the bottom.

  • Triple rear cameras

The design looks pretty familiar and is reminiscent of what we have seen on previous Realme smartphones.

Realme 9 5G specifications (expected)

The EEC, BIS, and FCC listings of the Realme 9 5G have revealed bits of information about the device’s specifications. Going by these certifications, Realme 9 5G has a 6.5-inch display that supports Full-HD+ resolution and 90Hz refresh rate. The MediaTek Dimensity 810 5G chipset will power the smartphone, while a 5,000mAh battery with 18W quick-charging will keep the lights on. Realme 9 5G will boot Android 12-based Realme UI skin out of the box.

A recent leak revealed the storage and colour options of the Realme 9 5G too. The device is said to come with 6GB and 8GB RAM options, paired with 64GB and 128GB storage capacities. It will be available in four colour options – Stargaze White, Supersonic Blue, Supersonic Black, and Meteor Black. Moving to optics, Realme 9 5G will reportedly feature a triple camera setup at the back, including a 48MP primary sensor, a 2MP depth camera, and a 2MP macro camera. It has a 16MP selfie shooter on the front.
