Realme is gearing up to expand its smartphone portfolio with the launch of its Realme GT2 Explorer Master smartphone on July 12. The handset is also confirmed to be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 chipset.
Ahead of the official launch, the company has revealed the design of the upcoming smartphone, according to a GSMArena report.
As per the images, the Realme GT2 Explorer Master features a ‘Travel Trunk’ design and the design of the phone is done in collaboration with Jae-Jun, an ex-Ralph Lauren designer.
At the back, the handset features a triple rear camera setup of a 50MP primary sensor and Optical Image Stabilisation placed on a rectangular camera housing at the top left corner.
The handset comes with a dual-tone design where the back panel and the size rim will feature a contrasting colour. In this case, the handset’s back has a beige colour, while the sides are done in a greenish colour tone.
It is yet to be seen how Realme treats other colour options of the Realme GT2 Explorer Master. Also, it is not yet certain whether the company will launch the handset in more colour combinations or not.
The images also confirm that the power button is placed on the left side, while the volume buttons are on the right side of the handset.
The images do not reveal the specifications of the smartphone. However, the GT2 Explorer Master has already been spotted on TENAA listing which has also given us a glimpse at the expected features and specifications of the smartphone.
According to the listing, the smartphone will likely feature a 6.7-inch FHD+ display and will be backed by a 5000mAh battery with up to 150W fast charging support.
