Realme GT 3 fast charging specs revealed via retail box image

The other Realme phone that has support for 240W fast charging is the Realme GT Neo 5 which is scheduled to debut in China on February 9th. Reports have revealed the Realme GT 3 would also arrive in both 150W and 240W charging variants, similar to the Realme GT Neo 5.

The Realme GT 3 could arrive as a budget flagship offering from the brand and might come with the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8-series chipset. Do note that it’s probably too soon to come to a conclusion that Realme GT 3 will be a rebrand of the Realme GT Neo 5 for global markets as there’s always a chance of the phone being entirely different but with support for 240W fast charging.

The Realme GT Neo 5 with 240W fast charging will be showcased globally at the MWC 2023 event later this month. Not much else is known about the Realme GT 3 at the moment.

Realme GT Neo 5 specifications

The Realme GT Neo 5 is expected to come with a 6.7-inch 1.5K OLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, punch-hole cutout, HDR10+, and flat edges. The phone is said to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen1 SoC paired with Adreno GPU, up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The phone is likely to boot Android 13-based Realme UI 4.0 custom skin out of the box.

As for the cameras, the Realme GT Neo 5 is tipped to pack a 4,600mAh battery with 240W fast charging support. There’s a 5,000mAh battery and 150W fast charging support. The Realme GT Neo 5 is equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor for security. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and a USB Type-C port for charging and data sync.

As for the cameras, the Realme GT Neo 5 is said to come with triple rear cameras on the back, with a 50MP primary camera, an 8MP ultra-wide angle camera, and a 2MP macro camera. There could be a 16MP snapper for selfies and video chats on the front.
