Realme is known for offering timely Android updates to its smartphones. The smartphone maker already confirmed at the global launch of Realme GT2 and Realme GT2 Pro that the smartphones will receive 3 Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates. Now, the Realme VP Madhav Sheth has confirmed that the last year launched Realme GT 5G will have three Android OS updates and 4 years of security updates.
Usually Realme offers 2 years of major OS updates for its flagship smartphones. But with this new announcement, the Realme GT 2 will have 2 more years of Android updates and 3 more years of security updates. Along with this, Sheth also confirmed that Realme GT Neo 3T will launch in India later this month. The company has not yet revealed the exact launch date yet. The company has already launched the smartphone globally and it expected to launch the same variant in India.
Realme GT Neo 3T specifications
Realme GT Neo 3T sports a 6.62-inch full HD+ display and is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 870 chipset paired with 8GB of RAM. The smartphone comes in two storage options — 128GB and 256GB.
The dual SIM smartphone runs Android 12 operating system topped with the company’s own layer of Realme UI 3.0. Realme GT Neo 3T features a triple rear camera with 64MP main sensor. The smartphone houses a 5000 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support.
