Realme has added a new flagship device to the Indian market last week. The Realme GT2 Pro features the latest flagship Snapdragon chipset, 120Hz AMOLED display, 50MP triple camera setup and runs on Android 12 OS. It is the only phone under Rs 50,000 segment to sport a 2K panel. The phone will be going on sale today (April 14) at 12 pm IST via the company’s official website and e-tailer site Flipkart. The Realme GT2 Pro is likely to compete with the likes of Samsung Galaxy S21 FE, Motorola Edge 30 Pro and OnePlus 10 Pro. Realme GT2 Pro price and offers
The official starting price for the Realme GT2 Pro in India is Rs 49,999 for the base model that comes with 8GB RAM and 128GB storage. While the top model packs 12GB RAM and 256GB storage and is priced at Rs 52,999. The device will be available in three colour options — Paper Green, Paper White and Steel Black.
The sale will start on Realme.com and Flipkart at 12 pm. Flipkart is offering a Rs 5000 instant discount on HDFC Bank Credit cards, Debit cards as well as SBI Credit card transactions. The e-tailer will also offer a 5% cashback on Flipkart Axis Bank Card and No cost EMI at Rs 4,167 per month. On the other hand, the official website of the company is also offering EMI and a Rs 5000 instant discount on HDFC Bank Credit cards, Debit cards as well as SBI Credit Card transactions. Realme.com will also offer no-cost EMIs for up to 3 or 6 months.
Realme GT2 Pro specifications
The smartphone features a 6.7-inch 2K LTPO 2.0 AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and 1000Hz touch sampling rate. The display supports 1400 nits of peak brightness and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus. The handset is powered by the latest Snapdragon chipset — the Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Platform and offers up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage.
Realme GT2 Pro houses a triple rear camera setup that includes — a 50MP Sony IMX766 OIS primary sensor, another 50MP 150-degrees ultra-wide-angle camera and a micro-lens camera 2.0 that supports 40x magnification. The device sports 32MP Sony IMX615 front shooter for selfies and video calls.
The phone houses a 5000mAh battery unit that supports 65W SuperDart Charge. The company claims that the device gets fully charged within 33 minutes. For connectivity, Realme GT2 Pro is equipped with — two nano-SIM card slots(both support 5G), USB Type C-port, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.2. The handset runs on Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12.
