realme: Realme Narzo 50 5G design tipped online before May 18 launch

Realme is set to expand its Narzo lineup with a new smartphone in India. The Chinese smartphone maker has earlier confirmed that the Realme Narzo 50 5G device will debut in India on May 18. Realme hasn’t shared any details about the upcoming smartphone, however, a few images were leaked earlier this week that showed the device in black colour. According to a GSMArena report, a new set of images of the Realme Narzo 50 5G have been leaked. The new images show the smartphone in a blue colour variant to verify the design leaked earlier.
This device is also expected to have a Pro variant which will be released at the same event and it is likely to feature a Dimensity 920 chipset. Realme has also confirmed that it will also unveil the TechLife Watch SZ100 at the event. The upcoming smartwatch will sport a 1.69-inch display, skin and body temperature monitoring and heart rate sensor. The company also claims that the TechLife Watch SZ100 will offer 12-day battery life on a single charge, however, Realme hasn’t revealed the size of the battery unit.

The leaked photos claim multiple details about the upcoming smartphone’s design. The Realme Narzo 50 5G is expected to be 8mm thick and its back panel design is inspired by the Kevlar speed texture. Moreover, considering the earlier leaks, the upcoming smartphone will also have a much darker black colour variant.

The Realme Narzo 50 5G is likely to sport a 6.58-inch FullHD+ AMOLED screen that may support a 90Hz refresh rate. The upcoming smartphone might come powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 810 chipset backed with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB internal storage.
The handset may house a dual-rear camera setup that will include — a 13MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor. The device may pack a 4800mAh battery unit and is expected to offer 33W fast charging. The Realme Narzo 50 5G is likely to boot Realme UI 3.0 based on Android 12.
