Realme starts rolling out Android 13 Open Beta program for X7 Max 5G – Times of India

Realme has also joined the list of brands that are rolling out the Android 13 update for their smartphones. Earlier, the Chinese smartphone maker rolled out the Realme UI 3.0 Android 13-based update for the Realme Narzo 50 users.
Realme has now started rolling out the Android 13 Open beta program for the X7 Max 5G users. Before installing the update, users need to ensure whether they have the RMX3031_11.C.15, and RMX3031_11.C.16 version pre-installed on their devices.

The company has also listed a few disclaimers to be noted prior to applying for the Android 13 Open Beta programme. This includes:
1) Ensure that your phone is not rooted.
2) Back your personal data for installing the update.
3) There may be some third-party applications which might not be compatible with Android 13. Therefore, it is suggested that users download the latest version of the apps available in the Play Store before proceeding with the update.
4) Keep your phone’s battery at least 60% or above before installing the update.
5) Make sure that there’s a minimum of 5GB storage available on your phone otherwise it may lead to update failure.
