Design

As said, the Redmi A1 and Redmi A1+ have identical designs. There is a waterdrop notch for the selfie snapper and a sizeable bezel below the screen, which is expected from a budget phone. The volume rocker and power button are on the right edge. The SIM tray section is on the left spine. On the back, you have the rectangular module that houses dual camera sensors and LED flash. There is Redmi branding on the back. The Redmi A1 and Redmi A1+ have a leather finish on the back that offers a good grip on the hands.
