Redmi K50 Pro+ specifications leak online, may come with Snapdragon 898 processor – Times of India

Xiaomi is said to soon launch the Redmi K50 series in china. The series may consist of Redmi K50, Redmi K50 Pro and Redmi K50 Pro+. Of all three devices, the Redmi K50 Pro+ smartphone has appeared online via a post shared by a Weibo user. Weibo is the Chinese microblogging platform. As per the post, the handset may house a 5,000mAh battery. It is rumoured to come powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 898 chipset.
Another feature expected on the upcoming Redmi K50 Pro+ phone is the 108MP camera. The smartphone is rumoured to come with either a periscope lens or a telescope lens.
For those unaware, the Redmi K50 series will succeed the Redmi K40 series. Xiaomi is yet to officially confirm the launch of the smartphones.
Redmi K50 Pro+ expected specs
Redmi K50 Pro+ is expected to pack up to 12GB RAM. The smartphone, as mentioned above, is rumoured to come powered by Snapdragon 898 SoC.
It is rumoured to come with a large screen featuring 120Hz refresh rate. The display could be an AMOLED one. The smartphone is expected to come with an in-display fingerprint optical scanner. It is also said to come with an IP68 rating as well.
The Weibo post says that the handset is likely to house a 5000mAh battery. It is likely to come with 67-watt or 120-watt fast charging.
