Redmi Note 10S Cosmic Purple colour variant launched in India: Price, specs and more – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Redmi Note 10S Cosmic Purple colour variant is now available in India. As promised Xiaomi has launched a new colour variant of its mid-range smartphone — Redmi Note 10S in India. The company launched the Redmi Note 10S in India in May this year. This is the fourth colour variant of the smartphone as Redmi Note 10S already comes in Shadow Black, Frost White and Deep Sea Blue colour options.
Price and availability
The customers can purchase the new Cosmic Purple colour variant of the Redmi Note 10S online from Mi.com and Amazon.in starting today (August 18). The smartphone comes in two variants — 6GB+64GB priced at Rs 14,999 and 6GB+128GB priced at Rs 15,999.
At this price point, the smartphone will compete against Realme 8 which also comes with a starting price tag of Rs 14,999 and can be purchased in Cyber Black and Cyber Silver colour options.
Redmi Note 10S specifications
Redmi Note 10S sports a 6.43-inch Full HD+ display with 1080×2400 pixel resolution. The display is made scratch-resistant with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on top. The smartphone comes with dual SIM support and runs Android 11 operating system topped with MIUI 12.
Redmi Note 10S is powered by MediaTek Helio G95 processor paired with 6GB. The smartphone comes in two storage variants — 64GB and 128GB. Users can add more storage to the smartphone by inserting a microSD card.
Redmi Note 10S features a quad-rear camera setup which comprises a 48MP main sensor, 8MP 118° ultra-wide sensor, 2MP depth and 2MP macro camera. The selfie lovers will get a 13MP front camera with an f/2.4 aperture.
The smartphone comes with a water-resistant design and features a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. It houses a 5000mAh battery with 33W fast charging support.
