Redmi Note 11 Pro may come powered by MediaTek Dimensity 920, appears on Geekbench

Redmi has announced to launch its Note 11 series in home country China on October 28. The series will likely consist of Redmi Note 11, Redmi Note 11 Pro and Redmi Note 11 Pro+. Ahead of the launch, Redmi Note 11 Pro has appeared on the benchmark listing website Geekbench.
The handset is listed on Geekbench with model numbers 21091116C and 21091116UC, and code names “pissaro” and “pissarropro”. The former, as listed on Geekbench has 8GB RAM and is powered by MediaTek MT6877T SoC. This is the codename for the MediaTek Dimensity 920 chipset. The chipset has a clock speed of 2.5GHz, and is paired with a Mali-G68 GPU.
The model scored 3607 and 9255 in Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core tests. While the other variant scored 740 and 2221 in Geekbench benchmark tests.
Features of Redmi Note 11 Pro have also been shared by Redmi General Manager Lu Weibing on the Chinese microblogging site Weibo. He wrote that the smartphone will come with 8GB RAM and will pack 128GB storage. The handset will come with NFC support along with Bluetooth version 5.2 and WiFi 6.
On the pricing front, Redmi Note 11 is rumoured to come with a price tag of CNY 1,199 (approx. Rs 14,000) for the base model. While the Redmi Note 11 Pro may carry a starting price of CNY 1,599 (approx. Rs 19,000).
Along with the Redmi Note 11 series, Xiaomi will also launch Redmi Watch 2 at its October 28 event. The smartwatch will have an AMOLED screen and may come with a price tag of CNY 399 (approx. Rs 4,000).
