The company took to Twitter to tease the launch of its next flagship smartphones. The upcoming Redmi Note 12 5G series will include the Note 12, the Note 12 Pro, and the Note 12 Pro+ smartphone models.

Redmi India tweeted the teaser image of the upcoming Note 12 5G series with #SuperNote. The tweet also included a link to the official website, which now has a brand new webpage that showcases a teaser for the upcoming Note 12 series. However, the company has not disclosed an official launch date for the phones.

As per the reports by Gizmochina, the Note 12 5G series could launch with a flat edge design and is likely to be powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor.

The top-tier Note 12 Pro+ is rumoured to have a 6.67-inch 120Hz AMOLED display and is said to come equipped with a 200MP triple rear camera setup. The smartphone might support 120W of fast charging and could run the MIUI 13 operating system based on Android 13.
Meanwhile, the Note 12 Pro is said to sport a similar screen. It could equip a 50MP triple rear camera setup. The base model of the Note 12 will reportedly have two variants. However, the company has not revealed any details regarding the price of the upcoming Redmi Note series. The smartphone series is expected to be backed by a 5000mAh battery unit.
Redmi Note 12 5G series: China variant
The Chinese smartphone maker launched the Redmi Note 12 series in the home market in late October. Its base model with 4GB RAM +128GB is available at a starting price of CNY 1,199 (roughly Rs 13,600).
