Redmi Note 12 5G India price is Rs 17,999 for the 4GB+128GB variant and Rs 19,999 for the 6GB+128GB version. Xiaomi is offering up to Rs 1,500 instant bank discount through ICICI Bank cards or EMI. The first sale is on January 11th at 12 noon through mi.com, Mi Home stores, Amazon India, and retail outlets.

Coming to the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G, its 6GB+128GB variant is priced at Rs 24,999. The 8GB+128GB version is priced at Rs 26,999 while the 8GB+256GB option costs Rs 27,999. Xiaomi is offering up to Rs 3,000 instant discount (ICICI Bank) on this phone. The device will also go on sale starting January 11th at 12 noon.

Lastly, the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G costs Rs 29,999 for the 8GB+256GB variant and Rs 32,999 for the 12GB+256GB variant. The first sale for the device is on January 11th at 12 pm.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ comes in Obsidian Black, Arctic White, and Iceberg Blue colour options. The Redmi Note 12 Pro comes in a special Stardust Purple colour option. The vanilla model comes in Matte Black, Mystique Blue, and Frosted Green colours.

Starting with the vanilla Redmi Note 12 5G, you get a 6.67-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED with up to 120Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. The screen also supports a 100 per cent DCI-P3 color gamut, a 4,500,000:1 contrast ratio, and 1200 nits peak brightness. The Redmi Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ get similar 6.67-inch Super AMOLED displays with refresh rates ranging between 30Hz to 120Hz depending on the content on the screen. The Pro+ model also gets Gorilla Glass 5 protection on the front.

For cameras, the Redmi Note 12 5G gets a 48MP primary rear camera assisted by an 8MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro lens. The Redmi Note 12 Pro gets a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilisation while the 8MP ultra-wide and 2MP macro are the same as the ones on the vanilla model. The Redmi Note 12 Pro+, on the other hand, touts a whopping 200MP Samsung HPX primary camera sensor with OIS. The primary camera can shoot in 12.5MP pixel binning mode, 50MP mode, and 200MP raw mode. Xiaomi claims the Redmi Note 12 Pro+ can capture great low-light images, pictures with more dynamic range, and excellent detail, among other things.

There’s a 13MP front camera on the Redmi Note 12 and a 16MP sensor on the Pro models.

Under the hood, the Redmi Note 12 5G gets the Snapdragon 4 Gen 1 chipset while the Redmi Note 12 Pro and Note 12 Pro+ are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 processor. All three devices ship with MIUI 13 based on Android 12 with the promise of 2 years of major software updates (Android 13 and Android 14) and 4 years of security updates.

The Redmi Note 12 and Redmi Note 12 Pro house a 5,000mAh battery, with the former supporting 33W charging and the latter getting 67W charging. The Redmi Note 12 Pro+ gets a marginally smaller 4,980mAh battery but with a faster 120W charging speed. Xiaomi claims the phone can fully charge in just 19 minutes. And yes, Xiaomi is bundling a 120W charger in the box.

The Redmi Note 12 Pro measures 7.9mm in thickness, making it the slimmest Note phone from the brand yet. All three phones also come with a 3.5mm headphone jack.
