Redmi Smart Band Pro and Redmi Watch 2 Lite launched in China – Times of India

Days after the launch of Redmi Watch 2, Xiaomi has launched its ‘Lite’ variant. The company has unveiled the Redmi Watch 2 Lite in its home country China. As the name suggests, the Redmi Watch 2 Lite is the cheaper version of the Redmi Watch 2. It comes with 100 workout modes and has a 1.55-inch display.
Along with the smartwatch, Xiaomi has also launched Redmi Smart Band Pro.
Redmi Watch 2 Lite: Specs
Redmi Watch 2 Lite has a 1.55-inch TFT screen with 320×360 pixel resolution. It comes with over 100 watch faces and is compatible with Android 6.0 or iOS 10.0 and later.
The smartwatch offers over 100 workout modes and has 17 professional modes, including HIIT and Yoga. It is claimed to last up to 10 days on a single charge. The device houses a 262mAh battery and comes with a magnetic charging port.
The new Redmi Watch 2 Lite offers health features like SpO2 monitoring, sleep monitoring, 24-hour heart rate monitoring, stress monitoring, breathing exercises, and menstrual cycles. It is 5 ATM water resistant and offers Bluetooth version 5.0 for wireless connection.

Redmi Smart Band Pro: Specs
The new fitness tracker has a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen with 194×368 pixels resolution, 100 percent NTSC colour gamut coverage and up to 450 nits of peak brightness. The smart band is compatible with all handsets running Android 6.0 or iOS 10.0 and later.
Redmi Smart Band Pro comes with a six-axis sensor, PPG heart rate sensor, and light sensor. It has over 110 workout modes like outdoor running, treadmill, outdoor walking, outdoor cycling, HIIT, jumping rope, rowing machine and more.
Backed by a 200mAh battery, the device is said to offer a battery life of up to 14 days. The smart band is 5ATM certified and supports Bluetooth version 5.
