Samsung Galaxy A14 4G, Galaxy M54 5G spotted on BIS website: What to expect

Korean smartphone maker Samsung is reportedly working on unveiling multiple mid-range and budget phones along with its flagship Galaxy S23 series. Now, two of these smartphones — which includes the Samsung Galaxy A14 and the Galaxy M54 5G smartphones — have already appeared on the BIS certification website. The latest listing suggests that these phones will arrive for the Indian market.
According to reports by Gizmochina, the Samsung Galaxy A14 has been discovered on BIS with the model number SM-A145F/DS. Whereas, the Galaxy M54 5G has been listed with the model number SM-M546B/DS. As of now, the listing hasn’t revealed any details about the specifications of the upcoming smartphones.

Samsung Galaxy A14: Expected specifications
The Galaxy A14 will be introduced as the successor to the Galaxy A13 smartphone, which was launched in early 2022. Depending on the region, the upcoming device might come powered by different chipsets. The first variant could be powered by Samsung Exynos 1330 chipset (yet unannounced), while the second model is likely to be powered by MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset.
The Galaxy A14 is expected to sport a 6.8-inch Full HD+ IPS panel. In addition, it could feature a triple camera setup with a 50MP primary camera and a 13MP selfie camera. The smartphone is also rumoured to pack a 5,000mAh battery unit.
Samsung Galaxy M54 5G: Expected specifications
The upcoming Exynos 1330 mid-range chipset is likely to power the Galaxy M54 5G smartphone. Additionally, it is speculated that the device may ship with the Snapdragon 888 chipset for some markets.
According to previous leaks, the Galaxy M54 5G is said to feature a 6.67-inch AMOLED display and might offer a Full HD+ resolution with a refresh rate of 90Hz. It is rumoured to house a 64MP main camera, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 5MP macro camera. The phone may also feature a 32MP selfie camera.
