Samsung Galaxy A24 renders reveal new design, may look like Galaxy S23

South Korea-based tech giant Samsung is set to host its first major launch event of 2023 on February 1. The company is expected to launch its next-gen flagship series, the Samsung Galaxy S23 lineup at the upcoming Galaxy Unpacked event. Apart from the Galaxy S23 series, Samsung is also expected to expand its mid-range A-series with a new smartphone, the Galaxy A24. According to a report by Sammobile, leaked 360-renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A24 have been revealed by The Tech Outlook. Samsung hasn’t revealed a specific timeframe for when the Galaxy A24 will go official. However, the smartphone is expected to launch soon.
Samsung Galaxy A24: Expected design
These leaked renders show that the mid-range phone may arrive with a waterdrop notch display and a considerable chin at the bottom. The renders even show the device from the sides and back suggesting that the rear design of the A24 will be similar to a Galaxy S23 or Galaxy S23+ smartphones which are set to launch at the Galaxy Unpacked event. The report also claims that Samsung may adopt the individual rear camera rings design for all devices in 2023. Samsung Galaxy A24’s latest renders show the smartphone in three different colour variants — Maroon, Black and Lime Green.
Samsung Galaxy A24: Expected specs
Samsung Galaxy A24 is rumoured to sport a 6.4-inch AMOLED display. The smartphone may come powered by the MediaTek Helio G99 chipset which is said to be backed by 4GB RAM.

As per the leaked renders, the Galaxy A24 is likely to house a triple rear camera setup that will include a 50MP main camera, a 5MP ultra-wide lens and a 2MP macro unit. For selfies and video calls, the smartphone may also feature an 8MP front shooter.
Samsung Galaxy A24 may even pack a 5,000 mAh battery unit which is likely to support 25W charging (same as its predecessor) and may boot Android 13 out-of-the-box.
