The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G hardware sheet shows that the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G uses a MediaTek-sourced chipset that goes by the model name MT6877V/TTZA, which is the official name for the MediaTek Dimensity 1080 SoC. The CPU runs two performance cores clocked at 2.5GHz and six efficiency cores clocked at 2Ghz. This octa-core CPU is paired with the Arm Mali-G68 MC4 GPU. The variant in question seems to be running on 6GB RAM out of which 5.8GB is usable. There could be more than one RAM variant on offer at launch. The Samsung Galaxy A34 5G on the Google Play Console listing is running on the latest Android 13 mobile operating system.
On the design front, the Samsung Galaxy A34 5G impresses with its premium design inspired by the Samsung Galaxy S23 5G flagship smartphone from the Korean smartphone maker’s stable. The back panel on the Galaxy A34 5G flaunts a frosted glass back with accented metallic rings around the triple camera housing at the back. The front sports a fullscreen display with minimal bezels but a slight chin. The volume rockers and power buttons are located on the right edge. The front camera is housed in a notch at the top centre of the display. While the display size is unconfirmed, the Google Play Console listing shows that the Galaxy A34 5G gets an FHD+ display with 1080 X 2340 pixel resolution and 450ppi.
