Samsung Galaxy A34 5G spotted online, tipped to feature 48MP sensor

South Korean smartphone maker Samsung is reportedly working on a new smartphone — Galaxy A34 5 — in India.
According to a report by Gizmochina, the upcoming Galaxy A34 5G smartphone was spotted on the Bluetooth SIG certification website bearing the model number ‘SM-A346B_DSN’, which hints at the imminent launch of the smartphone.

Samsung Galaxy A34 5G: Specifications
The Galaxy A34 5G is said to feature a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display. The smartphone is expected to offer a 60Hz refresh rate. The mid-range smartphone is tipped to be powered by the Exynos 1280 chipset for a smooth and better performance. Samsung Galaxy A34 5G is also said to debut with an octa-core chipset coupled with Mali G71 MP2 graphics processing unit (GPU) and offer 6GB of RAM.
For images, the Galaxy A34 5G could feature a quad-camera setup on the back comprising a 48MP wide-angle lens with f/1.8, an 8MP ultra-wide lens with f/2.2, a 5MP macro lens f/2.4, and a 2MP depth sensor f/2.4.
Additionally, the device is rumoured to run Android 13 operating system and come with 15W charging support.
Last week, Samsung rolled out the OneUI 5.0 update to the Galaxy A52 smartphone in India. The device is now getting another Android 13-based update in a few countries.
According to a report by SamMobile, the update bears the firmware version A525FXXS4CVK4 and has started rolling out in Germany, Kazakhstan and some countries in the Caucasian region.

Samsung is likely to take some time to fix the issues that the Android 13 firmware may have caused to the updated Galaxy devices. The company is also working on rolling out security updates simultaneously for the mid-range smartphones like Galaxy A52 among others.

1. Open the Settings app on the Samsung Galaxy A52 phone.
2. Scroll down and tap Software update.
3. Tap Download and Install.
