Samsung’s next big Galaxy Unpacked event is just days away. The company will be announcing the next generation of foldables, Galaxy Watch 5 series and the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro on August 10. There have been a lot of rumours going around the two foldables and the Galaxy Watch 5 series. However, a new report gives us the alleged specifications of the upcoming Galaxy Buds 2 Pro.
WinFuture reports that the upcoming Galaxy Buds 2 Pro will have a new design but it would be very similar to the Galaxy Buds Pro. The earbuds will come in three colour options – Zenith Grey, Zenith White and Bora Purple.
The report suggests that the Galaxy Buds 2 Pro will feature 10mm drivers. Each earbud will come with multiple microphones for HD voice pickup. Furthermore, the upcoming earbuds will support the Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity.
Samsung might bring a new “Intelligent Active Noise Cancellation” on the upcoming Galaxy Buds 2 Pro. The “Intelligent ANC,” silences even the loudest of the ambient sound. Moreover, the earbuds might have a conversation mode, which enables the ambient mode as soon as it recognizes that a conversation is happening. The earbuds would also offer a surround sound experience with 360-degree audio; however, it might only work with a few supported apps.
The Galaxy Buds 2 Pro are reported to offer 8 hours of playback time on a single charge, with up to 29 hours including the charging case. The case will support both USB C and wireless charging. Further, the earbuds could come with an IPX7 certification.
