Samsung Galaxy M52 5G launch could be soon as the handset has been subjected to numerous leaks in the recent past. After being spotted on China’s 3C, Geekbench, the Galaxy M52 5G has now received BIS (Bureau of Indian Standards) certification with the model number SM-526B/DS, suggesting the phone will definitely launch in India and that may happen shortly. Unfortunately, the listing, as spotted by MySmartPrice, doesn’t reveal much else about the phone’s hardware except that it will come with dual-SIM support. Speculations are rife the handset is a rebrand of the Galaxy F52 5G that launched in China, meaning we can expect it to have similar specifications. Samsung is yet to reveal the launch date of the Galaxy M52 5G in India.

Samsung Galaxy F52 5G specifications
If the Samsung Galaxy M52 5G is indeed a rebrand of the Galaxy F52 5G, we already know its specifications. The phone sports a 6.6-inch FHD+ TFT display with a 1080×2408 pixels resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The Galaxy F52 is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage that is further expandable. However, a Geekbench listing revealed that the Galaxy M52 will come with the Snapdragon 778G chipset. The phone runs on Android 11-based OneUI 3.1 custom skin out of the box.
The Samsung Galaxy F52 5G has a quad-camera system on the back, with a 64MP primary sensor, an 8MP wide-angle lens, and a couple of 2MP sensors. There is a 16MP camera on the front for selfies and packs a 4,500mAh battery with 25W fast charging support. Connectivity features include 5G, 4G LTE, dual0band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, GPS, and USB Type-C port for charging and data transfers.
